The REAPER 7 Theme Adjuster - to allow you, for example, to customise track panel and mixer panel layouts - is currently under development. In the meantime, you have the option (Options, Themes menu) to work with the Default-6.0 theme which allows you to use the old theme adjuster.The current REAPER 7 theme adjuster has only limited functionality at present.

The Global Settings page of the Theme Adjuster (Options, Themes, Theme adjuster/Color controls) can be used to modify the overall appearance of the default theme. Its controls together affect aspects such as the light/dark contrast and color tints. In brief, the five main controls are:

Gamma: adjusts between darker and brighter mid-tones.
