This is a beta version of OSARA. I had try to make the OSARA working by user's native language. But it is unfinished now. You can install this package, and launch the reaper as administration permission. Well, the Messages that OSARA notify will be translated. And the translation file is under the reaper installition directory, whitch called 'osara.lng'. You can edit it manually. But this way has a issue that dynamic message wouldn't be translated properly. Please enjoy it.
