今天呢，想来说说Songsmith。这是我前两天共享过的一款自动伴奏软件，鉴于他都是英文的界面，所以我还是简单的来说说他的用法把。
  首先安装，安装请参照我那个压缩包里面的安装说明。
  安装好了以后启动Songsmith。第一次启动会慢一些，因为软件要检索很多的风格文件，当然，如果你没装我那个伴奏包的话，那应该启动时间能快很多。如果电脑配置不是太高的朋友那就要有点耐心去等了。
  当软件成功启动并且已经夹在好所有风格之后就会随机出来一段音乐，同时会出来一个新的界面。此时你可以开始用tab操作，你能看到以下的控件。“Start New Song按下按钮 Use this starting point if you want to create a new song from scratch.
Start with Last Song按下按钮 Use the most recently saved song as your starting point.
Start with Demo 1按下按钮 Use demo song 1 as your starting point. Demo songs show you examples of the kind of songs you can create using Songsmith.You can modify demo songs - for example, by moving the Happy and Jazzy sliders or changing the Chords Per Bar.
Preview Starting Point复选框已选择 Check this box to hear a demo of the starting point you have selected, or uncheck it to mute the preview.The preview, if enabled, will play to the end and then stop.
Done按下按钮 Applies any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.
Cancel按下按钮 Ignores any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.”
第一个是开始新的歌曲、第二个就是从上次保存的歌曲开始、跟着后面三个是三首演示区，当你tab停留在上面就会播放掩饰的歌曲、后面那个复选的大概就是可以自动播放和去掉就变成静音的意思吧，我的英语不好。反正这个复选框没啥用的。后面是取消和下一个，这个下一个，他会找到下一个风格掩饰给你听。当你听到你喜欢的风格可以点击应用——“Done按下按钮 Applies any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.”当然你也可以点击“Previous Style按下按钮 Click this button (or use the left-arrow key) to select the next style moving left.”——前一个听回去。接着我们还还能看见一个组合框“Style Mood组合框已折叠 Specifies the style mood (every style has two moods: Light and Lively). The variation between the moods is more pronounced in some styles than in others.”——这个组合框是用来选择风格的a/b子风格的。这个就是软件的启动界面了。现在你可以根据自己需要选择了。当然你也可以用取消或者按esec键离开这个界面。
  当你点击取消，或者按esec键又或者是你点击了开始新歌曲之后，软件就进入了乐曲的制作界面了。
仍然是用tab操作。“Record按下按钮 Starts recording your song [keyboard shortcut: Alt+R]. Once started, click the 'Stop' button to stop recording.After you have made your initial recording you can re-record your singing over-the-top of the generated chords.”这个是录音的。“Play按下按钮 Starts playback of your song (from the beginning) [keyboard shortcut: Alt+P]. Once started, click the 'Stop' button to stop playback.To start playback from a specific bar, double-click on the bar number (or on a chord in the bar).”不用说，这个是播放的那个按钮了。“Undo按下按钮 Rolls back your last change (alternate keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Z). The number in brackets (eg. "[4]") indicates how many actions can be undone.”这个是撤销按钮、
“Clean Slate按下按钮 Clears the song by deleting all the bars so that you can start again from a clean slate, but with the same style, tempo, and instrument mix.”这个是清除按钮，能清除所有的和弦，让你可以得到一个空白的模版，但不改变风格和乐器组合、接着大家能看到一个组合框“Song Style组合框已折叠 Specifies the musical style of your song. To audibly browse the styles, you can either click the 'Browse...' button, or hover the mouse pointer over a style in the drop-down list when it is [B]expanded[B] (if the 'Preview Styles [in Drop-Down]' option is turned on).”这个是用来选择风格的。你能从这里看到风格的名字
下一个是“Browse Styles按下按钮 Opens the 'Select Style' window where you can browse the available song styles and optionally download new ones.”这里其实也是用来浏览和试听风格的。
“Chords Per Bar组合框已折叠 Determines how many chords will be generated per bar. A value of ½ means that one chord will be generated for every two bars.”这是选择乐曲中每个小尐拥有两个和弦，还是每个小尐只存在一个和弦。
“Add/Remove Bar Selector组合框已折叠 Specifies where the bar will be added or removed when the '+' (Add Bar) or '-' (Remove Bar) button is clicked.”这里是选择从开始添加删除小尐还是从末尾添加删除小尐。这里上面那个是开始，下面那个是结束。
“Add Bar按下按钮 Adds 1 bar at the start or end of the song as you have specified [keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Plus(+)].”这个按钮是用来添加小尐的，上面那个组合框，如果你选了在开始添加小尐，那么你每点击一下，他就在开始插入一个小尐，如果你选择了在后面添加小尐，那么你每点击一下这个按钮，软件就在末尾插入新的小尐，其实这部分的功能是给你自己手动编辑乐曲用的。这个按钮似乎还有一个快捷键ctrl家加号键。
“Remove Bar按下按钮 Removes 1 bar at the start or end of the song as you have specified [keyboard shortcut: Ctrl+Minus(-)].”这个是删除小尐的按钮。点击这里软件会从你指定的位置删除小尐。
“Tempo Slider滑块 44 Move the slider using your mouse (or Left/Right/PageUp/PageDown keys, or mouse-wheel) to adjust the tempo.A preview of the new tempo (in the drum kit of the current Style) will play while the adjustment is in progress.”这个是速度的滑块。移动左右光标滑块数值会改变，同时软件会给你听到两拍或者四拍的声音。让你知道当前的速度
然后下面有一个速度指示器，那个不用管他，在后面就有一个按钮——“Launch Tempo Window按下按钮 This is the tempo of your song in beats-per-minute (BPM). Click it to open the 'Select Tempo' window.Note that the tempo cannot be changed after your first recording of a song.”这个按钮可以打开一个速度的设置窗口，同时软件还会持续的播放一段音乐。让你听到当前的速度。还有几个相关的设置按钮，
“Increase Tempo按下按钮 Click this button (or use the up-arrow key) to increase the tempo by one BPM (beat per minute).If you hold down the left mouse button (instead of clicking), the tempo will rapidly increase.”这里每点击一下，速度会比之前加快一拍，同时音乐会跟着一起变化。
“Decrease Tempo按下按钮 Click this button (or use the down-arrow key) to decrease the tempo by one BPM (beat per minute).If you hold down the left mouse button (instead of clicking), the tempo will rapidly decrease.”这里每点击一下速度会比减慢一拍。音乐也是同时做出相应的改变
后面那个复选框先不用管他，当你感觉你的速度已经调整好了就点击“Done按下按钮 Applies any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.”——应用按钮
若不想改变就点击“Cancel按下按钮 Ignores any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.”取消按钮。或者按esec——退出键。
下面这个滑块“Happy Factor Slider滑块 50 Determines how "happy" the chords that are generated from your voice will sound.”这个应该是用来调整大小和弦出现的比例的。同样是用左右光标来调整，当然好像翻页键和行首行尾键都可以。
后面那个指示器不管，下一个是“Jazz Factor Slider滑块 50 Determines how "jazzy" the chords that are generated from your voice will sound.”这个应该是用来调整一般的流行和弦和绝世和弦出现的比例的。
“Vocal Volume Slider滑块 100 Adjusts the volume of your voice [keyboard shortcut: + and -]. To adjust instrument volumes, use the 'Mixer' button.”这个滑块是人声的音量。
“Master Volume Slider滑块 100 Adjusts the master playback volume (vocals and music) [keyboard shortcut: + and - while holding SHIFT]. To adjust instrument volumes, use the 'Mixer' button.”这个是整个乐曲的总音量。
“Launch Mixer按下按钮 Opens the 'Set Up Your Band' window where you can change instrument selections and volumes.”这个按钮打开一个界面就好像一个控制台那样。你可以看到每个声部。可以给他们更换乐器。调节每个乐器的音量等。具体内容是“Drum Track Instrument组合框已折叠 Selects the drum kit you want for your song.
Drum Track Volume滑块 80 Adjusts the volume level for the drum track.
Thumb指示器
Bass Track Instrument组合框已折叠 Selects the instrument you want for the bass track of your song.
Bass Track Volume滑块 80 Adjusts the volume level for the bass track.
Thumb指示器
Piano Track Instrument组合框已折叠 Selects the instrument you want for the piano track of your song.
Piano Track Volume滑块 80 Adjusts the volume level for the piano track.

Guitar Track Instrument组合框已折叠 Selects the instrument you want for the guitar track of your song.
Guitar Track Volume滑块 80 Adjusts the volume level for the guitar track.

Strings Track Instrument组合框已折叠 Selects the instrument you want for the strings track of your song.
Strings Track Volume滑块 80 Adjusts the volume level for the strings track.
Thumb指示器”这些都是乐器声部，组合框用来换音色，滑块用来调节音量“Style Mood组合框已折叠 Specifies the style mood (every style has two moods: Light and Lively). The variation between the moods is more pronounced in some styles than in others.”用来改变风格的ab子风格。
“Get More Instruments按下按钮 Browse more instrument sounds available for purchase from our partner Garritan.”浏览和获取更多的乐器，这个没用，一因为要去微软的网站上面搞的。
“Reset Instruments按下按钮 Resets all instrument selections and volumes to the default settings for the current style.”这个是复位或者是恢复默认设置的按钮。
“Done按下按钮 Applies any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.”这个是应用按钮。
“Cancel按下按钮 Ignores any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.”取消。
这就是那个控制界面的所有功能了。
然后我们回到主界面继续网后面看“More Help按下按钮 Opens the online help system”更多帮助，打开联机帮助系统。
接着后面是“Advanced Options按下按钮 Opens the 'Advanced Options' window.”这是高级选项。
打开这个选项之后我们能看到
“Count-In Bars组合框已折叠 Specifies the number of bars that will be played back prior to the point when you should start singing (when recording).”在开始和录音之前要给多少时间准备。
“Include Ending Bars组合框已折叠 Specified whether the song should include a 2 bar music-only flourish at the end.”在结束的时候要不要加入两个纯音乐的结束小尐。
“Always Use Drums-Only Backing Track for Recording组合框已折叠 Specifies whether you only ever want drums to be played back while you are recording. If you set this to 'Off', a full accompaniment will be used (instead of just drums) as soon as your song has chords.”在录音的时候始终只使用鼓，如果关闭，在录音的时候会播放整个伴奏。
Drum Style for Recording Backing Track组合框已折叠 Specifies the style of the drum track to use when making your initial song recording (or for all recordings if the 'Drums-Only Recording Backing Track' option is set to 'On').When set to '(Current Song Style)' the drum track from the current song style will be used.
滚筒式录制依托轨道组合框已折叠指定让您最初的歌曲录制时（或者，如果'鼓仅记录依托轨道“选项的所有记录被设置为”开“）使用鼓轨道的风格。当设置为“（当前歌曲风格）”从目前的歌曲风格的鼓曲目将被使用。
说实在这个我也没搞明白
“Play Count-In Bars During Playback组合框已折叠 Specifies whether you want Count-in bars (if any) to be played during song playback. Count-in bars (if any) are always played if they contain vocals.
播放计数，在酒吧播放过程中组合框已折叠指定是否要数 - 在酒吧（如果有的话）歌曲播放过程中播放。计数的酒吧（如果有的话）一直扮演如果包含人声。”
这个我也是没明白。
Automatic Playback After Recording组合框已折叠 Specifies whether song playback will automatically start once recording stops.
自动播放录音后组合框已折叠指定歌曲播放是否会自动开始录制后停止。
Preview Styles [in Drop-Down]组合框已折叠 Specifies whether styles will be previewed [heard] when navigating in the 'Style' drop-down list on the main window.The drop-down must be [B]expanded[B] to hear the preview, which is activated by hovering over a style with your mouse pointer.
预览样式[下拉]组合框已折叠款式指定是否将预览[听到]主window.The下拉在“样式”下拉列表中航行时必须[B]扩大[B]听到预览，这是由悬停在你的鼠标指针样式激活。
Open 'New Song Starter' at Start-Up组合框已折叠 Specifies whether the 'New Song Starter' opens when you first start Songsmith. The 'New Song Starter' guides you through the initial steps of creating a new song, although you can always access it manually by clicking the 'Song Starter' button.
这是用来设置启动软件的时候是否出现最开始的那个界面的。
Default Song Style组合框已折叠 Specifies the style of song (Rock, Hip Hop, etc.) that will be created if no explicit selection is made when starting a new song.
这是用来指定软件启动时候的默认风格。
Default Song Tempo组合框已折叠 Specifies the tempo (in beats per minute) of the song if no explicit selection is made when starting a new song.这是用来指定软件的默认速度这些都是tab切到每个控件之后用上下光标设置的。
“About Songsmith按下按钮 Shows important information about Songsmith.”这是关于按钮
“Microphone Configuration按下按钮 Displays your active microphone device and allows you to adjust its settings.You generally only need to configure your microphone if you are having voice-recording problems.”这个按钮打开话筒调节界面。里面主要有两个滑块，自己听着调整就好了，这里就不进去说了。
“Reset to Defaults按下按钮 Restores [B]all[B] application settings - including settings not shown in this window - to their "factory default" values.You can still cancel any resulting changes by clicking the 'Cancel' button.”重置为默认。
“Done按下按钮 Applies any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.”应用按钮
“Cancel按下按钮 Ignores any changes you have made, and closes the pop-up window.”取消按钮
然后我们又回来主界面。下一个是“Song Starter按下按钮 Starts the creation of a new song.”这个是打开刚启动软件那会儿的那个掩饰界面的。“Load Song按下按钮 Loads a previously saved song.”打开歌曲。
Save Song按下按钮 Saves the current song as a Songsmith file. Use the arrow to the right of this button to export your song to an audio file.
保存宋按下按钮将当前歌曲作为一个Songsmith文件。使用箭头这个按钮的右侧，以你的歌导出到音频文件。
我偷懒一下，直接用软件翻译好了。
Save Song As按下按钮 Shows additional options for saving (keyboard shortcut: Alt+Z, or Down arrow when the 'Save' button has focus).
保存的歌曲作为按下按钮显示额外的选项来保存（快捷键：Alt键Z，或向下箭头时，“保存”按钮具有焦点）。
这个其实我也不明白。反正都能保存就是了
那么到这里基本就讲的差不多了。
要补充的是，当你录音完成了，或者你手动编写伴奏完成之后，点击播放按钮之后，软件会只有一个停止按钮的。如果你没有点击停止，让他自动播放结束，那么你能看到这个界面上面有一些客户端，和一些编辑框，编辑框显示的是你写的或者是软件根据你的人声生成的和弦。这里你如果听过感觉哪儿不好的话，可以直接到那个和弦所在的编辑框去修改，那几个客户端好像是用来播放和录音的。，
好了终于讲完了。其实我平常基本不用这个软件的。只是以前做个网店赚点小钱需要才装了他。有一些地方我自己也没弄懂，又或许我完全就是讲错了的。大家自己回去在摸索摸索把。
